I wanted a special spot for folk in here. I'm gonna start it out with some Connie Dover. She's an American from Ar-kansas, but sings beautifully in French in this track. She usually does celtic and celtic crossover stuff, but this is a kind of neo-folk styled French track.
Once in a while I need this kind of gentle, corny, melodic stuff. If you guys have any please share.

The Tea Party - Winter Solstice
I just discovered this band...must get moar. Dunno how folk they usually are but this is a pretty folk-y tune. I've included both the live vid and the studio track for whatever hits your mood when you find this posting.

Yeppers. I never got around to playing it at the right time. So I've only ever done the opening sequence and a tiny bit after that in Morrowind, but Skooma is in the other games as well.

Espers, this band has been around for ages. Making amazing psych-folk music, and it seems their only popular in a small part of the folk community. Crying shame, because their AMAZING!
