Faster startup - no loading screens, animations

I found a little trick to prevent the startup 'movies' (logo's) from loading and playing before we go to the RO2 menu.

Simply change the following in MyDocuments/MyGames/RedOrchestra2/ROGame/Config/ROEngine.ini :

[FullScreenMovie]
bForceNoMovies=true

It is set to FALSE by default, so just set it to 'true'.
